In order to achieve LEED certification, at Meroni Integrated Engineering we apply the same approach to design by evaluating not only the energy and atmospheric aspect, but also the construction site and water resources management. We are becoming increasingly focused on the concept of Circular Economy and therefore need to assess the internal environmental quality, the life cycle of materials and resources (LCA, Life Cycle Assessment) and the evaluation of life cycle costs (LCC, Life Cycle Costing).
